1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the easy13 online gambling platform, which operates under international licensing. By accessing the easy13 website, registering a new account or using any of the services provided, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with all related policies including the easy13 Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the easy13 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms is considered acceptance of the updated version.

2. User Eligibility

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on easy13. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. easy13 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Your password must be kept strictly confidential. easy13 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our customer support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

easy13 provides the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party accounts or e-wallets for transactions is prohibited.
• easy13 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before processing withdrawals.

easy13 is not responsible for any transaction delays caused by technical failures on the part of payment providers, bank servers or blockchain networks that are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by easy13 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• The easy13 welcome bonus offers a 150% first deposit bonus of up to RM300. Every cent of bonus received must be wagered 25 times before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, giving a balance of RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Second example: a deposit of RM600 will generate a bonus of RM300, giving a balance of RM900. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• easy13 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any related winnings if an attempt to abuse a promotional offer is detected.
• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.

6. Game Rules

easy13 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and mix parlay. Each game category has its own rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

General principles that apply across all games are:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.
• Any internet connection disruption during a game is the user's responsibility. easy13 will attempt to restore the game state if server records are available.
• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled by the user after the game has started.
• In the event of a technical error or software failure that affects a game result, easy13 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered amount.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.

• Attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using the easy13 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

easy13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or those linked to fraud.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the easy13 customer support team via live chat or email. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after standard security checks have been completed.

9. easy13 Liability Limits

easy13 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Loss of data or account information due to third-party failure.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance or emergencies.
• Payment processing delays originating from external banking systems or e-wallets.

easy13's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Personal Data Protection

easy13 respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected during use of the platform. The collection, processing, and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the terms detailed in the easy13 Privacy Policy.

Users' personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent, except where required by law or to fulfil easy13's licensing requirements.

11. Responsible Gambling
